Previously I have told you about how a balanced diet is useful for our teeth health. Today I am giving you a handy list of all such protective foods that actually safeguard our teeth from decay. Here it is: Fresh fruits, vegetables, low sugar cereals with milk, yogurt, cheese, nuts, sugar-free juice, peanut butter, whole grain breads and pasta and popcorn. Keep in mind to avoid those foods that you are intolerant to such as nuts. Also, some of these food items like popcorn are not suitable for infants up to 2 years old as they cannot chew them properly.
